Who is responsible (the controller)

ShieldPage is operated by Devspace HUB SRL, a limited liability company (societate cu răspundere limitată) incorporated in Romania, fiscal identification code (CUI) 37960852. We are the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@shieldpage.com.

For data processed through the platform on a customer's behalf (their visitors' consent records, trust-center access requests, scan data) the customer is the controller and we act as processor under our Data Processing Addendum.

We collect information you provide directly (account registration, trust center content, payment information, communications) and information collected automatically (log data, device information, usage analytics, cookies).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send administrative information, respond to support requests, monitor usage patterns, detect security threats, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's globally distributed edge infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3), short-lived access tokens, DDoS protection, and regular security audits.

Third-Party Services

We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, edge delivery), Hetzner Online GmbH (scanning infrastructure, Germany), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI-assisted policy and remediation generation, when used) PostHog (EU-hosted website analytics and A/B testing, cookieless until consent) and Google Analytics 4 (consent-gated website analytics).
